I had never needed a lawyer before & I had no idea where to start. My daughter had gotten herself into a bad situation & we needed to find some immediate guidance. I found AVVO & then came across Brian Roman. I left a message on his voicemail & was pleasantly surprised when I received a callback, from Brian himself, within a very short time. Brian fit in a consultation with us that same night. He went over our situation and instead of recommending what would have been the most beneficial route for him (going into a court battle), he gave us some very honest recommendations on how to handle the problem that would be in OUR best interest. He proceeded to help us through the ordeal over the next week or so, calling numerous times just to see how things were going and was always available to text or call his cell. He charged us a reasonable rate for providing legal documentation, that made both parties happy and resulted in the best possible outcome of the situation. So glad I found Mr. Roman. He guided us through a very stressful time & did what was best for us!

"GUN charge dismissed"

I got charged with possession of a firearm a week after I got hired for a local police. I knew I was wrongly charged and with all the paperwork to prove that I was wrongly charged every attorney I spoke to tried to overtly charge me and told me that my career would most likely be over and that I can potentially face jail time.. some didn’t even look at the evidence that proved my innocence. I spoke with attorney Roman and he reviewed my paperwork and evidence and I told him about my job and told me that I could get it dismissed… within 2 weeks my case was dismissed with an apology from the court house and now my life is back to Normal. I know that things shouldn’t be about race but as a black man I really felt that everyone turned against me and thought I was guilty except attorney Roman and I will forever be grateful for him. Unfortunately, I found myself in some unexpected trouble when a friend used my name years prior when she got caught shoplifting. I was stuck with felony charges and even worse didn't commit the crime. I chose Brian Roman to represent me and he did everything he could to help me and eventually got all the charges dropped with only court fines. I left that day very pleased but what stuck out the most was when I was walking home. My car had been broken down so I had to walk home from the courthouse. Brian pulled over and picked me up in his personal vehicle to give me a ride home even though it was out of his way. Great guy and such a gentleman. Highly recommend!
